Ordering Process

When placing an order by fax or e-mail for a standard item, the following information must be included;

1. Catalogue number
2. Wood species
3. Date required
4. Carved panel orders must have scale drawings of the elevations involved

When plaving an order for a quoted item, the following information must be included;

1. Our estimate No.
2. Wood species
3. Full scale drawings, both plan and elevation
4. Date required

When you need to have an item quoted, please submit the follwing by fax or e-mail;

1. Scale drawings, both plan and elevations affected
2. Wood species
3. Specific carving detail drawings

When you need to have an item designed and quoted, please submit the following;

1. Breif description and sketch
2. Wood species
3. Overall dimensions (as specific as possible)

Special Considerations

• Custom quotes are valid for 90 days. Any change from original design will invalidate the quote
• Quote requests will usually be acknowledged on the same day
• All quote requests must be accompanied by a full feature drawing, wood specifications, and finish criteria
• Terms are 10 days net
• A 90 day notification will be given on any price changes
